Roy Ledgister, the Founder and CEO of the Convivia Group is a UK Barrister and entrepreneur with over 26 years of experience in law.
Originally qualifying as a Solicitor and transferring to the Bar early on in his legal career, he has advised or acted on behalf of celebrities and political parties in addition to advising multi-billion-dollar international groups and their Presidents in the role of Special Counsel.
His experience and advisory capacity spanned continents and included telecommunications, banking, media, pharmaceuticals, agriculture and property.
He joined the Caridon Group in 2014 and wrote the business plan which led to a £50m raise of private equity investment, and the creation of Caridon Holdings of which he remains a Director and Shareholder.
As Group Chairman, Holdings have developed 767 apartments with an additional 467 in the final stages of development, which will create a portfolio in excess of £180m of assets over a 5 year period.
With experience of Operating Company / Property Company structures, he refined the model with Convivia philosophy by developing luxurious highly specified developments on a similarly low risk investment model.

Richard has extensive experience at Managing Director level working with some of the world’s largest Brands including Vodafone, BP, Unilever and Merlin Entertainment in the marketing industry. He has global experience as Managing Director for TLC Marketing Worldwide, operating the business in over 12 countries during a challenging period of growth.
Richard’s core area of expertise is finding innovative and relevant solutions to complex operational and marketing issues, with a specialism in growing challenger brands.
He has a broad industry background covering property, consumer goods, retail and intellectual property.
Richard works strategically to execute the Convivia Vision by implementing a number of highly detailed and financially minded operational strategies, to ensure the seamless daily performance of the businesses, whilst driving the creation of independent and self-sufficient revenue streams for the core business portfolio, particularly our portfolio operating companies.

Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Hillier was the Chief of the Air Staff, in command of the Royal Air Force, from 2016 to 2019. A Tornado GR4 pilot and flying instructor, he has over 3500 flying hours, extensive operational experience, and commanded at every level during a career spanning some 40 years. He was appointed CBE in 2004 and was Knighted in 2014. A life-long history and heritage enthusiast, he was especially proud to be able to lead the RAF through its Centenary celebrations in 2018 and to shape those events to help inspire future generations.
Sir Stephen is highly experienced in leadership, risk, portfolio, budget and change management at the strategic level, and in leading the delivery of major equipment and infrastructure programmes.
Sir Stephen will be joining Convivia as non-Exec Chair, leading and guiding the corporate governance of the Board and using his skills to guide both our investment property portfolio and operational businesses through our growth phase.

Lord Simon Woolley, Baron Woolley of Woodford is a political and equalities supporter. He was Knighted by Her Majesty the Queen in 2019 for his social and racial justice work. He is the founder and director of Operation Black Vote and the Advisory Chair of the Government of the United Kingdom Race Disparity Unit, and is a former Commissioner at the Equality and Human Rights Commission and the Children's Commission.
He is keenly focused on delivering social and economic solutions particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Lord Woolley is a key advisor to Convivia on the businesses social housing development strategy.

Starting at a market leading firm of Option and Derivative traders in 1991 Darren underwent his training in Chicago before running his own trading book at Morgan Stanley.
After spending some time at smaller boutique trading firms Darren returned to Morgan Stanley in 2004 and quickly progressed up the ranks to the position of Managing Director in 2007.
Having initially been responsible for the German index derivative trading book Darren progressed to trade all of the world’s largest and most liquid indices. In 2013 Darren was promoted to running the European Index derivative desk, a team of 5 traders responsible for generating in excess of $1.5 billion of revenue over a 10-year period.
As head of Trading, Darren had multiple responsibilities from working closely with the derivative sales team, managing risk on a market and portfolio level, working with the compliance team and daily reporting to senior management.
His considerable financial knowledge and experience of market trends allows Darren to play a key role at Convivia advising on our investment strategy from a risk and exit viewpoint.

A Chartered Architect from a long line of distinguished architects, Nick is a founding partner of LCE Architects with over 30 year’s experience in a senior position on a wide range of public and private sector projects in the UK and overseas, including masterplans, development plans and buildings with complex functional and engineering requirements.
Nick has always been involved in the wider context of his business and was for many years a founding and active member of the Management Board of SECBE (the South-East Centre of the Built Environment), a founding Committee member of the local Constructing Excellence Club, and a Governor/Chair of the Built and Natural Environment Committee of a large comprehensive school overseeing and monitoring their PFI project. He is currently Chair of one of the Design Review Panels for Mid-Sussex, Chair of Brighton & Hove's Planning Agent's Forum and a Trustee to the newly formed environmental charity TSF (the Southwood Foundation).
Through an extensive knowledge of the development process he is able to give clear, strategic thinking and promote innovative solutions to complex problems.

Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in a top 10 Accountancy practice, Spencer moved into Industry undertaking an Internal Audit & Financial Reporting role within a German investment bank, both in London and Frankfurt before moving back into Practice at partner level.
Spencer has over 25 years’ experience and a vast cross-sector industry knowledge, providing financial, strategic and commercial business solutions, specifically in construction and development, communications and the film industry.
As founder and partner of Auria Group, Spencer holds a select number of consultancy positions including Trustee and Executive Board Member positions, as well as fulfilling Accountancy, Taxation and Auditing roles at large.
